The machine is designed for offices with 30 to 100 employees, reception areas and meeting zones where several people may want coffee at the same time. The brewing heads operate in parallel, while automatic capsule recognition makes selection easier without training. The available sizes are Ristretto at 25 ml, Espresso at 40 ml, Lungo at 100 ml, Americano at 150 ml and Large Americano at 210 ml. Important limitations remain: the Coffee & Coffee model has no milk system, and plant-based milk preparation is not confirmed. Automatic rinse cycles interrupt operation every two hours and, according to an operator report, cannot be rescheduled. According to the Nespresso offer page (price as of 2026-10-04), the promotional price is €2,081 and the regular price is €2,945, both including installation; it does not state whether these prices are net or gross. Capsule consumption, energy, maintenance and the service contract must be costed separately before purchase. For sites without their own technical team, the Nespresso service network may reduce the internal support workload.
