The countertop unit measures 278 × 530 × 518 millimetres and weighs 35 kilograms with the smaller cooler or 40 kilograms with the larger one. The dispensing height is 330 millimetres, which accommodates bottles up to approximately one litre — a 1.5-litre sports bottle will not fit. For locations without a kitchen counter, a base unit is available; the datasheet specifies 278 × 910 × 518 millimetres, while the product page states 227 millimetres width. Anyone operating multiple locations should request filter capacity per filter type and prices in writing, or the operating cost calculation will be guesswork.

Added to this is the obligation arising from connection to the mains, which no datasheet emphasises: once connected to the building water supply, the device becomes part of the drinking water installation, and drinking water regulations apply.
